Since 1990, EFG's Motorist Assistance Plan (MAP) has been insured by American Security Insurance
Company (A+ rated by A.M. Best), part of the Assurant Group. Assurant is a member of Fortis
Insurance Group, a worldwide financial services organization with over $400 billion in assets and
more than 170 years of experience.
MAP provides four (4) coverage options available for used cars based on the mileage and age of

MAP's staff of claims adjusters have over 230 years combined automotive service department and
claims experience. Each quarter, MAP distributes a CSI (Customer Service Index) questionnaire
to service advisors and managers requesting a rating on the program's overall performance. MAP's
most current CSI score is 97.75% and has an average CSI score of 94.39% since inception.
